Copra is a one-person company which offer high-quality bags, from bikepacking adventures to daily activities. I design, build and sell every product that leaves the workshop.

Long story short : in 2019, after working several years in the field of industrial design and architecture, I began to think that products can be made differently ; locally, at a small scale, from durable materials. I quit my job and founded with a friend of mine, Formel, a furniture brand where each product is made by the two of us, in our workshop in Paris, from locally and sustainable solid wood. That same year, I began making bikepacking bags for my own needs. After one year and countless errors, I was no longer just making bags for friends but for people I didn’t even know, and what it began as a fine hobby was slowly becoming a real job. Today, I know, more than ever that products, of any kind, don’t have to be made at the other side of the world by large companies whose profits are more important than the planet and its inhabitants. And the best part of it is that each product is made to fit the individual’s needs perfectly.
