Custom orders
All items in the webstore are custom made to order (except if it’s stated differently in the product description). Lead time is usually 3-4 weeks. If you have any questions or want to buy a product, feel free to send me an email at coprabikepacking@gmail.com.
All custom orders are final, returns are not possible.
Damage due to wear and tear, accident or the natural breakdown of materials can usually be fixed so don’t hesitate to ask before sending your bag to the trash, repairs will be priced accordingly.
Design and production
All products are designed and manufactured by myself in my workshop located in Paris, France.
Fabrics and components
All products are made from the best fabrics and components available. I know that these materials are not always the best for the environment (= plastic) and I try hard to replace them with greener alternatives, as long as they don't compromise the overall quality of our products. As a small company, it could be challenging to access eco-friendly materials but I have found buckles made from 100% recycled plastic and fabrics which contains post-consumer recycled polyester with a FC-free (no fluorocarbon water repellent coating). I will use these alternatives whenever possible.
Shipping
My workshop is located in Paris, France. You can come by to pick up your order or I can ship everywhere in the world.
